Led the design for Make an Offer, a 0-1 project that gives Etsy buyers and sellers a way to negotiate prices. Over the course of a year, I drove the roadmap, shaped the strategy, and led the end-to-end visual and interaction design for both buyer and seller experiences. The feature saw a 16% global listing opt-in rate, about 6 percentage points higher than similar features.
